Vishal Vivek, our esteemed founder and CEO, Vishal Vivek was invited by the Foreign Correspondents’ Club of South Asia to speak alongside eminent panelists like Dr. Bindeshwar Pathak, the founder of Sulabh International, Anshu Gupta, Magsaysay Awardee, Social Activist and Founder of Goonj, Sarvesh Tiwari, Social Activist and Entrepreneur, and Vicky Roy, an acclaimed photographer.
The panel discussion has been organized in association with the Times Group Books to celebrate the latest installment of the famed “I did it!” by Prachi Raturi Mishra.
All of the panelists invited to speak are well known social activists, entrepreneurs and real success stories who used failures as stepping stones to their success.

Dr. Bindeshwar Pathak, Sulabh International
Dr. Bindeshwar Pathak, a Padma Bhushan recipient, is a well known social reformer and is best known for the sanitation reforms he brought to the country through Sulabh International.
He combined technical innovation with humanitarian principles and gave birth to a new era of sanitation hygiene and a better quality of life for those who couldn’t afford the service.
Anshu Gupta, Goonj
Anshu Gupta, a Ramon Magsaysay Awardee, is an Indian Social activist and Social Entrepreneur who setup Goonj to help the needy in remotest parts of India. His Cloth for Work initiative has received positive response and changed lives throughout the country.
Anshu Gupta also won the Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award” by Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship in 2012.
Sarvesh Tiwari, Social activist
Sarvesh Tiwari led the Nirbhaya Campaign (regarding the infamous 2012 Gang Rape case) and played a central role in getting the Juvenile Justice Act passed. He also runs the Nirbhaya Jyoti Trust with Nirbhaya’s parents while supporting several causes and NGOs as well.
Vicky Roy, Acclaimed Photographer, TEDx speaker
Vicky Roy is an internationally published photographer, a former INK Talks fellow and rose through struggle to become a renowned and photographer. He also released his book, Home Sweet Home at the second Delhi Photo Festival.
